Using NDIS Funding

Some families ask whether they can use NDIS funding for Chaos to Clarity sessions.

At this stage, From Chaos to Clarity is not an NDIS registered provider. However, families who are self-managed or plan-managed may be able to use their NDIS funding for support that relates to their child’s goals, needs, and plan.

Our sessions focus on parent education, practical strategies, understanding reports and school language, preparing for meetings, and helping families move from overwhelm to clarity.

Because every NDIS plan is different, families should check with their plan manager, support coordinator, or the NDIS before booking to confirm whether the session is claimable.

From Chaos to Clarity does not provide diagnosis, therapy, behaviour support plans, or plan management. This is an education and support service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are these sessions for?

These sessions are for parents who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what to do next — especially around school concerns, behaviour changes, diagnosis questions, reports, meetings, NDIS processes, or support options.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you book.

If you keep thinking, “Why is this so hard?” or “I don’t know what the next step is,” this support may be a good place to start.

Do I need a diagnosis to book a session?

No.

You do not need a diagnosis, referral, or a stack of paperwork to book a session.

Many parents come before anything is official. They may simply have concerns, questions, or a sense that something is not sitting right.

We can start with where you are now and work out what may need attention next.

What actually happens in a Chaos to Clarity session?

We slow things down and focus on what is happening right now.

We talk through what is working, what is not, where you feel stuck, and what feels most urgent or unclear.

I help you identify what matters most, what questions to ask, what can wait, and what your next practical steps could be.

This is not about doing everything at once.
It is about finding a clearer way forward.

Is this therapy or medical advice?

No.

Chaos to Clarity provides parent-focused guidance, practical planning, and educational support.

This is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, psychological assessment, diagnosis, legal advice, or crisis support.

If you or your child need urgent or emergency help, please contact emergency services, a crisis support line, or an appropriate health professional in your area.

What age children do you work with?

I support parents of children across early childhood, primary, and secondary years. The focus is on your child’s needs and the systems around them, rather than a specific age or diagnosis.

How are sessions held?

All sessions are held online via Zoom.

You can join from home, from the car, or wherever feels manageable and private for you.

There is no pressure to have perfect words. We start with where you are.

Is this confidential?

Yes. Sessions are private and confidential. Nothing is shared with schools or services unless you choose to do so.

Can my partner join the session?

Yes.

You are welcome to include a co-parent, family member, or support person in the session.

Please let me know when you book so I can plan the session accordingly.

What happens after the session?

You’ll leave with clearer thinking and practical next steps you can actually use. Some parents choose to book follow-up support, others don’t either way, the goal is for you to feel less stuck and more confident moving forward.

You’re not lost - you’re just looking for clarity.

This is a safe, supportive space for parents who feel overwhelmed and ready for steadier guidance.

You don’t have to figure everything out today.
You can start right here —one small step, one calm conversation at a time.
