The review considers whether the plan clearly reflects your child’s strengths, needs, barriers and required supports.

Your written review may include:

• gaps or areas requiring clarification
• whether goals are clear and measurable
• whether adjustments are practical and individualised
• questions to raise with the school
• suggested areas for review
• practical recommendations for the next planning meeting

This service provides an independent educational review. It does not replace the school’s formal planning process or guarantee that suggested changes will be adopted.
