When your child is experiencing big emotions, impulsivity, challenging behaviour, difficult transitions or frequent overwhelm, it can be hard to know what is happening — let alone what to do next.

The Individualised Home Support Package gives you practical, personalised support based on your child and your family. This is not a generic behaviour plan or a list of strategies that may or may not fit.

I look at the whole picture — your child's strengths, routines, behaviour patterns, triggers, regulation needs, transitions and what happens before, during and after the difficult moments.

Your package includes:

  • Detailed parent information gathering

  • Review of your child's strengths, routines, triggers and patterns

  • A personalised Home Support Plan

  • Regulation and co-regulation strategies

  • Practical prevention strategies

  • Escalation and safety strategies

  • Support for transitions and routines

  • Practical language and scripts to use during difficult moments

  • Strategies for impulsivity and high activity levels

  • Reconnection and repair strategies

  • Guidance for gradually building regulation and coping skills

  • A clear next-step developmental pathway where appropriate

  • Questions and information you can take to your GP or other professionals

What happens after you purchase?

Once your purchase is received, I will contact you by email and let you know exactly what information I need from you.

You don't need to work out what documents to send or what information is important beforehand — I will guide you through that.

I then use the information you provide to develop your individualised written support plan.

Where developmental, ADHD, autism or other concerns may warrant further exploration, I can help you understand possible next steps and prepare for conversations with the appropriate professionals.
